ABBA’s Agnetha Fältskog’s new album, A, is purported to le us “experience a familiar feeling.” No shit. It’s her first release since My Colouring Book of nine years ago, yet we are advised that “her crystalline, precisely enunciated tones, that heartbreaking vulnerability, the sense that Agnetha is singing directly to each and every one of us” are the lines that connect the now to the past, which of course includes that little Swedish group she once was part of. The album drops this week: below, check out the audio for “Bubble” and the video for “When You Really Loved Someone.” Yum.
