Britain’s Saint Etienne has a tradition of special releases around holiday time, and this year is no exception: Monday, Dec. 8, the trio will release the soundtrack to the How We Used To Live film they made with director Paul Kelly. This comes in advance of the DVD for the film, out next spring, and will be a limited edition vinyl LP (just 500 copies housed in a tip-on sleeve) or as a CD with gatefold card sleeve. All artwork is by the film’s director Paul Kelly, while the band’s own Bob Stanley pens the liner notes.
“It’s the Saint Etienne Christmas gift you’ve been waiting for,” says the band, “and will be available to buy from 5pm GMT this Monday 8th December here.”
