20th century men, across the board.

You may be in Austin for SXSW right now and not paying much attention to the interwebz, but that’s not my concern. What IS my concern is this kickass new digital EP by the mighty Waco Brothers, which comes on the heels of their new Bloodshot album, Going Down In History (reviewed HERE at our site). The EP is called Receiver and it features four songs, 2 current tracks and 2 rarities one of them being a rousing cover of T. Rex’s “2oth Century Boy.” It’s free for download but you may also (ahem) make a donation should the spirit move you. Download the EP HERE.

The band is playing live this afternoon at the BLURT annual industry of music showcase day party during SXSW – they’ll be at the Jon Langford-curated bash at the Ginger Man at 3pm, so if you do happen to be in Austin, you need to catch ’em.
