Kellogg’s Collaborates w/Tim Burgess

They’re magically
delicious! Melt in your mouth, not in your etc. etc…..

You can tell it’s a slow newsday when cereal is topping the
headlines, but what the heck… Rolling
Stone
is reporting that Kellogg’s cereal company in England “has produced
a limited-edition box of cereal
called Totes
Amazeballs
based on a Twitter suggestion by Tim Burgess.”

Burgess, of course, is the lead singer for the Charlatans. His
cereal junk food of choice: a mashup of Rocky Road cake, Coco Pops Coco Rocks,
marshmallows, shortbread pieces and raisins. Wow, that’s pretty repulsive. At
any rate, we learn that only one box was actually produced for Burgess, who
told reporters, “I heard someone use the expression ‘totes amazeballs,’ and it
sounded like something from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory I sent a
cheeky tweet saying I’d invented a new cereal and that Kellogg’s were
interested. But within an hour they’d got in touch.”

Yo, Kellogg’s – we’ve got a few under-12 kids in the
extended BLURT family, and we’re pretty sure we can come up with even tastier
ideas. Get in touch.
