NYC’s Ivy is prepping their
new album All Hours with a Sept. 20
street date in mind from their label, Nettwerk. It’s the trio’s their first
release since 2005’s In The Clear,
and the 11 tracks that comprise All
Hours
were written, produced and mixed by the band in their own
Manhattan studio. The first single, “Distant Lights,” came out last month and
this week a second track, “Fascinated,” dropped. You can hear it and more,

“It’s a rebirth,”
says Durand about All Hours.
“We really had no idea where we were going for a long time. But in my
mind, I knew I wanted to go back to some kind of innocence, and also a feeling
of energy and excitement. I wanted to make a record based on those very basic
sensations.”

To celebrate the album’s
release, the NYC-based trio – Parisian-born singer Dominique Durand, Andy
Chase and Adam Schlesinger of Fountains of Wayne – have announced
their first live show in five years at the Gramercy Theatre on Saturday,
September 24 in their home city with special guest Tahiti
80.
